2. Purpose and scope
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website xtalvi.com and the Xtalvi web application, a personal and collaborative financial management tool for recording income and expenses, managing budgets by category, sharing expenses between users, and obtaining financial statistics. Access implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the website and application (texts, images, logos, source code, design) is the property of the owner or used under licence, protected by Spanish and international law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The trade name Xtalvi and the domain xtalvi.com are used by the owner.
4. Terms of use
The user agrees to lawful use of the service. The following are prohibited: using it for fraudulent purposes, introducing unlawful or offensive content, taking actions that damage the infrastructure, attempting unauthorised access to other accounts, or impersonating another person.
5. Registration and access
Access to certain features requires registration via email or Google account. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. The owner may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms. The service is intended for users aged 14 and over; users between 14 and 18 must have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian to use it.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Xtalvi offers a free plan with limitations and paid plans (monthly and annual). Payments are processed via Stripe. Users may manage or cancel their subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund unless required by consumer regulations. Prices include applicable VAT. By purchasing a paid subscription, the user expressly agrees that the digital service will begin immediately, waiving their 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 103 of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. In the event of a dispute, EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and shall not be liable for damages arising from: unavailability or interruption of the service, inaccurate data entered by the user, unauthorised access due to the user's negligence in safeguarding credentials, or malicious elements introduced by third parties.
8. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party pages. The owner assumes no responsibility for their content, operation or privacy policy.
9. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, accessible at https://info.xtalvi.com/en/privacy, in accordance with the GDPR. Users may exercise their rights by contacting polmonleonvives@gmail.com.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer jurisdiction applies.
